PhilosophyQuantitative Decisions views software as a tool to get things done. You should just be able to pick it up, learn quickly how to use it, and use it effectively with a minimum of fuss. And it should work correctly and well. We create many of our own software tools. They tend to be small and focused on one job or one kind of operation, just like a real hardware tool would. The tools that get re-used may be useful to you, too, so we publish them on the web. Most are available here for free. A few required a lot of work on our part and may have a broad audience.
