Grime's GIS Tools Table of freeware for inter-converting GIS datasets (mainly images).  Well-organized, readable, fast access to data conversion tools.
University of Wuerzburg A rich, well-organized, and active compendium of GIS resources (in German, but you can figure out most of it).
Recursos de SIG  Neatly organized, popular page providing well-chosen links to resources in GIS, DEMs, remote sensing, cartography, and CAD.  (In Spanish, but easy enough to navigate for English speakers.)
